For schools
Correcting factual errors
If a course or school card shows a wrong price, duration, format, educational document, programme name or link, write to us from the school's corporate address. Include a link to the course page on our site and to the primary source (a page on your website or your offer agreement). We verify against the primary source and correct within five business days; the correction is recorded in the change log on the course page.

Partnership

Replying to or reporting a review
Once reviews launch, a school will be able to post an official reply or report a review that violates the rules. The e-mail must be sent from the school's corporate domain.

We reply on business days, Moscow time. E-mails without a subject line or a page link take longer to process.
What we do not do
- We do not give individual course-selection advice by e-mail — the catalogue, rankings and journal articles are there for that.
- We do not forward user enquiries to schools and do not mediate disputes between a student and a school.
- We do not accept payment for listings, scores or reviews.
- We do not send marketing e-mails and do not add addresses from correspondence to mailing lists.
